Questions about pricing and billing
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. Kew takes no share of your booking revenue — you pay for your plan and nothing else. Payment gateway fees are set by the payment provider itself.
Is the free plan limited to a trial period?
No. The Basic plan is free forever and includes unlimited bookings and clients for a single provider. You only upgrade when you need a team, more branches, or the advanced features.
How does the free trial of the paid plans work?
You get the Professional plan free for 14 days with every feature and no credit card. When the trial ends you choose whether to continue or drop back to the free plan — your data stays exactly as it is.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, at any time, straight from your dashboard. Upgrades are prorated against what's left of your cycle; downgrades take effect at the start of the next one.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account moves to the free plan and your bookings and clients stay intact — and you can export your data at any time. We never delete anything without telling you.
